Product details
- Media designation: 15D Cotton.
- Construction: layered aquarium filter media with an activated-carbon layer.
- Quantity: one pad in your selected size.
- Use: replacement media for a suitable aquarium filter tray or compartment.
The sheet format is useful when you want to prepare your own replacement pieces instead of buying a pre-shaped cartridge.
Keep water moving through the media
Lay the pad in the appropriate media section of your filter and keep the outlet and bypass paths clear. Check for accumulated debris during maintenance and replace the pad as needed for your filter and media schedule. Do not stack or compress pads so tightly that circulation is restricted.
