Our aquarium waste filter uses an external air supply rather than an included motor. The grey plastic unit is intended to collect waste as part of an aquarium filtration arrangement.

What you need to run it

• An air pump rated above 5 W.
• A suitable air connection from the pump to the filter.
• Space in the aquarium for placement and cleaning access.

The air pump is not included. This listing is for the filter unit, so use it with an existing suitable pump or add a separate pump to your setup.

Position the filter so its openings remain clear, then remove collected debris during routine maintenance. It complements regular aquarium care rather than replacing water changes.
