Setup and care
- Choose the model and media package in the selector.
- Confirm the unit fits the aquarium rim and that the intake reaches the operating water level.
- Fill the filter chamber before first startup and set the return flow for the livestock.
- Clean the intake and media regularly; rinse reusable biological media in removed aquarium water.
Compatibility and safety
Keep all electrical connections dry, use a drip loop and never operate the filter without water. Select the package carefully: the “does not include” options are supplied without filter media.
