Description
This compact 12 V DC submersible pump is intended to circulate water in an aquarium or compatible water feature. CJ lists two pump options: DC-02B at 10 W and DC-02BH at 20 W. The pump listings do not include an adapter; US, EU, UK and AU adapters are offered as separate options, so confirm exactly what is selected before ordering.
Choose the correct option
- DC-02B pump: 12 V, 10 W, without adapter
- DC-02BH pump: 12 V, 20 W, without adapter
- Regional adapter options: US flat plug, EU round plug, UK three-pin plug or AU angled flat-pin plug
Do not connect a pump to an unverified power supply. The adapter must match the selected pump’s voltage, current requirement, polarity and connector as well as the local mains plug standard.
Installation and safety
Rinse the pump housing, install it fully submerged and keep every mains connection, adapter and plug dry. Never lift it by the cable or run it dry. Before maintenance, disconnect power, then clean the intake and impeller area according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Choose circulation appropriate to the aquarium volume and livestock. Protect the intake when fry, shrimp or delicate fins could be drawn toward it. “Silent” is a supplier product name, not a guarantee of inaudible operation; noise depends on installation, vibration, water level and maintenance.
